Shower Head
Cobbe Filtered Handheld Showerhead effectively removes chlorine and other heavy metals from your shower water, addressing issues like dry skin, itching, and hair loss.
TDS meters detect positively charged salts and impurities in water. However, disinfection chemicals like chlorine and chloramine do not affect water conductivity-so TDS meters CANNOT measure these key contaminants.
We recommend replacing the filter cartridge every 4-6 months (or sooner based on water usage) to ensure your shower filter maintains optimal filtration performance.
NOTE: Rinse the outer surface of the filter under running cold water for 10-15 seconds until the water runs clear. Then install and use it directly.
This may be caused by excessive Teflon tape wrapping. We recommend wrapping it 2-3 turns, or you can even omit the Teflon tape entirely-our product is equipped with a built-in gasket to prevent water leakage.
First, you can remove the black circle first using a tool similar to a pin. Second, you can remove plastic parts with scissors. Please reference this video which is attachment.
NOTE: Think before you remove it. Once removed, it cannot be reinstalled.

It only takes three simple steps:
1.Remove the old filter.
2.Rinse the outer surface of the filter under running cold water for 10-15 seconds until the water runs clear. Then install and use it directly. (Key Step!)
3.Place the new filter into the handle.
NOTE: The entire process takes no more than 2 minutes.
Return & Refund
We have a Lifetime return policy only purchase in Cobbe website, which means you have Lifetime after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@cobbe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All orders are processed within 2 Business days.
Shipments and deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays.
If, for some reason, we are experiencing an abnormally high volume of orders or you are to expect delays, we'll make sure to notify users through a banner on the homepage indicating the slower speed of processing.
Deliveries are to the United States and Canada, with Free shipping.

We will send a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and is out for delivery.
