All orders are processed within 2 Business days. 

Shipments and deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. 

If, for some reason, we are experiencing an abnormally high volume of orders or you are to expect delays, we'll make sure to notify users through a banner on the homepage indicating the slower speed of processing. 

Deliveries are to the United States and Canada, with Free shipping.

Only Cobbe Website Store offer lifetime warranty.

We will send a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and is out for delivery.

Cobbe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Cobbe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
